also imo that skill is terrible... sadly. Loyalty is the most annoying stat to increase (only dates mind control). The benefits just are not good enough compared to any other "aoe" social skill.
Well i used the master character having the ruler skill with everyone in the mansion every other character is highlighted in red and it won't select any i click on. Maybe not but I'd still like to be able to get the skill to work anyway.
