Nope! Once you're done with your game, you need to make a game page on itch, make it public and then submit it to the jam with the button that will appear on the main page.
If you want to display your team as contributors, you can do that while editing your page, there's a tab. I'll make a big post about halfway through the jam explaining that with screenshots ☺️
