Hi there, I agree. This sort of game/simulator toy always fills my head with so many ideas. I decided to check out the 2018 7DRL results the other day and guessed from the thumbnail and name that this was my sort of thing. I've beat it twice in the last two days, and have mostly exhausted my curiosity about its mechanics in the current form. I took screens of my playthroughs, so I might get around to posting about those, and may also make a suggestion/brainstorming thread just to let my ideas out of my head. ;)

I'm impressed by how it came together. It seems to capture some of the most basic challenges of plantiness surprisingly well. If you ever consider developing this further or remaking it with a longer term aim, I think it could make a great fun educational toy. Somehow the feel makes me think of something halfway between Sim Ant and Sim Tower. Also, for some reason, another old game called Operation Cleaner (it was about demolishing buildings, the collapse of the tiled buildings was simulated with a cellular automata).
