Thanks for the reply but it didn't work.  I've watched a lot of youtube videos and read and reread the manual and I really want to play this game.  But when I download it from itch.io and unzip it the deathlordrelorded.exe file is missing.  I followed you instructions on here and it opened the folder showing all the files not running the game in explorer.  Please help.

Try it now. Looks like the itch client gets confused between the game and the documentation, and I needed to add a manifest file for the itch app.

Thanks for the reply.  But when I launch it from the itch app it says it is running but nothing happens.  It stays on the itch app and nothing.  The deathlord relorded icon says 'last played 2 minutes ago'.

When I double click on the file there is a file that says 'application' but nothing that says 'DeathlordRelorded.exe.

Uninstall it, then reinstall it and choose the game, not the documentation.

The only place where the .exe shows up is in the deathlord relorded zip file I download from itch.io.  When I unzip it the exe file is not in the unzipped file.  The same thing when I am in the itch app.  I put deathlord relorded in the search, then download, right click and open in explorer,  the same thing, nothing.  Do I need something else on my computer to run this originally apple program?  The instructions say just unzip it, double click on deathlordrelorded.exe but there is no such file in the unzipped folder.

I have uninstalled and installed it 20 times from both the internet (itch.io) and the itch app.  Does not work.  What am I missing?  Please.  There is no game in the unzipped file only the documentation.

This is an issue with an Anti-Virus. I was able to replicate it with Norton. Norton was stopping the .exe file from being extracted - but extracted everything else. Before doing the extraction, disable your Anti-Virus.

Thanks, I hadn't thought of that.
