I like the visual style of the beginning of the game, but the sudden turn to boring looking backrooms stuff really turned me off. I was expecting a spooky jumpscare in the backrooms, but it never paid off. Got a little bored walking around looking for 3 crystals. The ending was very abrupt. The looping audio is too loud and forced me to turn down my headphones.
You displayed skills in making a ps1 style horror game, but execution was lacking. If you could implement more of a plot, it'd be much better.
