Nice! This is my 2nd run as well but both times I have the Top and Bottom Logan route running, I just keep switching between the two so the stories are up to date on both..

I found out that in Bottom route there is no heart for Logan, and no 2nd heart for Ste..

How can I get ste 2nd heart? In forget how to get it even though my first run already had it

Ste's second heart is unlockable only with Top Logan, finish Country Road, check the Farmstead and head to the house.. you should run into Logan already being there, choose the option 'be there for Ste' and lastly suggest to have sex with him another time..

So I should get the first heart then before finishing the country road quest?

Edit: I had a save file before finishing the country road quest and load it and after finishing it and go straight to ste house there's no Logan there

you get his first heart automatically? If have visited Bareshade with him and return to Farmstead, you will gain his first heart, and only then the Country Road story is triggered.

I already get the first heart and you said after finishing the country road quest go straight to ste farmstead and I will find Logan there but I can't find him there. Is there any condition need to be met before visiting ste house after country road quest do Logan be there?

it's rng... But I do always find him there for that event after 15:00 at least.. hope that helps
