Using the idea is fine. The assets, are very borderline though. I'll have to check with the other judges on how we would rule on that.

I decided that I would not use my assets, or anything from this project. There is too much confusion amongst the community on which assets can, and cannot be used. While I do believe that my franchise Aldrich Academy IS the next best project. It wouldn't be fair at this point to use any of the assets. Should I enter the contest, I will do so with one of my many other game ideas.
