I see, I think I just forgot to add the new objectives. After you've made your choice between the two and left, then you need to go home and sleep. After that, when you try to go to Chloe's house again you should run into Chet.
There is a downloadable version and a link on the main page to a web-hosted version to just play in your browser without downloading. I had forgotten to update the web version. Are you using the downloadable files or just the web link?
