When I tried to run the file it just kept failing and it said it couldn't run the file. Does this work on Windows 11?

I fixed the resolution and changed it around, but when i run the game i keep getting this:
It is still the same problem, is there a different solution than changing the resolution?
try changing the resolution to 800x600 and change the video renderer to directX or system
