Atr actually understood that he offended 3er and even made a very former apology (not saying you haven't done that before) and he even acknowledged something that he didn't need to do pubic-ally. Plus if we are ging from a ERM ACTUALLY stance then technically he never said it here, but he posted a screenshot that implied things.
Plus if 3er didn't forgive then this would be a different story.
