Due to how the engine works the saves are compatible across platforms.
You just need to find them and move them to the right location.
Also make sure you're in the right page. It goes way past page 9 but you need to hit the arrow a bunch of times.

NOTE: If you're running Android 11+ then Google has hidden your data folder. To access it you need to connect your phone to your PC with a USB cable or use an app like Solid Explorer or X-Plore to give you access to the folder again.
