Windows version crashes on startup for me

What are your specs? Graphics card, OpenGL version, etc.
I have AMD Radeon HD 5770
OpenGL version 4.4
The same problem as the other guy, if I fix it will probably work on yours as well.

I only tested on Nvidia GPUs, trying to fix it now.
