i was expecting it to work on me, it didnt ig. i followed instructions but still i feel like im missing out on smth, maybe its cause i have adhd and couldnt focus properly or bc i moved around too much or bc i did things before i was told to do them and that confused me. it was enjoyable, i learnt how the brainwashing looks like and how it should feel, but unfortunately ig im not made for this ;)
