Not currently, although having a post story dress up and strip down loop would certainly be a good way to add some more fun to the game. And I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to draw a bunch of cute clothes for them to wear, so it'd be a win-win, really.

That sounds like a lot of fun! Honestly the demo is great and really sold me on the game, but the full game is even better and has me wanting to spend more money on a more extensive version of the game. Maybe DLC with extra games and/or characters, more story, more than one sex scene per character, the ability to play with multiple characters at once... but I think more clothes and re-dressing characters for a more repeatable gameplay loop without sacrificing built-up relationships would be the biggest one for replayability.
