In the main menu, hit EXTRAS.
Bear in mind, not all scenes are in the gallery, as it's mostly meant to be a way for players to replay non-repeatable scenes without having to keep dozens of savefiles.
Also, when you're in act 2 you can use the laptop in the MC's bedroom to unlock the gallery.
This doesn't affect gameplay, just unlocks all the current scenes in the gallery.
