I told him, he just gets angry, you can still continue the story normally, however.. if their are choices marked with red then yes it will have bad consequences in future story points.
I really hated to tell anyone as I walk up to ppl just to say " Yo, your wife an whore to wolfs but here her necklace." But I feel like if I pull that with Logan..... I might just get an axe to face. lol ;-;
Just a little change in the text, if you tell him the truth he gets mad an later he tells you about search the forest to bring bring some closer to the fact that his wife is a whore, but if you don't tell him he tells you that wanna try rescue her or something.
