A really nice game! Jazz was the perfect choice of music for this! I like how it eases you into the mechanics and gets more hectic as it gets going in a good kind of way. An Idea to improve the game would be that the requests are represented as icons instead of text maybe? That way you can recognize more quickly what to do with each body. Maybe just an Icon per burial type? So viking has one default process has one etc.
