Tried it wont work it saya cant open file

What phone do you have?

Make sure that you are downloading FlutterMare.apk. It should not be a zip file.

That should work for installing apps from unknown sources.

Nope still doesnt wanna open

Are you opening it with a different app? You should be able to open it from your Firle browser. The "Files" app.

You don't open an APK file, you install it so make sure you get a pop-up that says "Do you want to install?".
