This is definitely not an exhaustive list, but here are a couple that came to mind recently that deserve some more clicks.

Bloobs - a game where you and your little bloob minions have to dodge obstacles on a pathway. The amount of bloobs that follow you continues to grow as you progress, but you can lose some of your bloobs along the way if they get hit by obstacles.  You have a little bit of control over the obstacles to help get the right timing to avoid the obstacles and keep as many bloobs as possible.

Hell Time - A very trippy little first person shooter that uses  classic style controls (think original DOOM).  All the environments and "enemies" are strange looking and surreal. Might not be for everyone - don't go in with the normal shooter mindset. There was something fascinating about it and the visuals are pretty unique.

Comping with Loss - A little 3d puzzle platformer with a bit of a narrative. The environments generally look pretty good, however the part that got my attention was using gameplay for story telling.

Nor the End - not so much a game as a short atmospheric and very nice looking little experience.
