How can I solve the quest "An Explosive Inquiry"? I have bugged the Motel and Bar already but I cannot find the spot to bug the townhall and for the prison, its locked and there is an exlamation mark beside the prison but I cannot get near it as I am blocked by the trees. Have been stuck for 30 minutes trying to find where to bug and how to get in.
