1.3 was a bug fix (styling only) for PC/Mac/Linux. The Android version V0.1.2 did not have that specific bug so we left it at that. Android players playing V0.1.2 have the same content/not missing anything so no worries on that end.

When it says more detailed information about the different choice icons can be found by clicking options and then choices, when I go into the options menu there isn't an option that says choices.
That's an oversight in the script and thank you for making note of it. The Choices screen is not currently available in the Android version since it's incompatible (requires hovering). We'll do our best to get that into the next release. I'm attaching what the screen consists of here in the meantime.
