I'm sorry for my poor expression. When all the pieces are rearranged within the limit of moves which is displayed at the top of the screen, the OK button is displayed at the bottom. That's all.

Basically you need to put the 'smaller' shapes on top of the larger ones. So a rectangle should be on the bottom and an oval on top. You can't have the small shape on the bottom or in between two larger shapes, though they can be on top of each other. It's like that cone game you play as a kid where you have the rubber rings and have to put the smaller rings on the bigger ones. Except without knowing which of the shapes counts as smaller to each other. Hope that helps!
