Just great atmosphere--the art, soundscape, atmospheric effects, filters, and lighting combine to create a really holistic spooky feel. Plus it's a good story! It's scary, fun, and mysterious, and I really enjoyed watching it unfold.
The weak point was the actual writing--I wondered if English might not be the writer's first language, because there both a lot of typos like "did you here that" and a lot of awkward phrasing. Worth sending it to a line editor, because the overall game is strong and deserves to have writing to match.
