It's mostly the ultra- high HP at an obviously lower level when the only way to get higher HP is to level the character.
Leveling up your girls to get HP is not the only way of getting more health anymore. The Viagra can be used to level up your HP as well, so the player probably leveled up his health points with the Viagra instead of increasing girl damage.
