Thank you! Your key must be deactivated with the pnscl.exe before uninstall. If you don't do this, the key is gone. If that happens, email your old key to our support mail and a new key will be sent.
Many thanks for the fast reply. Ok understood. For the deinstall, do I use Windows deinstall options or is there a separate exe within the game files? Or do I just delete the folders? Sorry for the technical questions, I am not so familiar with the IT stuff....
