The process of implementing the landing mechanic has gone better than I thought it would. It's technically working although I've noted a long list of bugs. I've also not linked it into the quest system yet so that's bound to cause me a few headaches. Next week will be more of the same, focusing on the quest system, fixing the bigger bugs and tweaking the overall mechanic.
I've had an idea for the ring invasion mechanic too, but I'll have to prototype it to see if it'll work.
