cookie clicker inspired item that allows me to click on the monsters. maybe it takes up a baby slot and uses one heart (or so) per click
I didn't play TBoI but what if it would be like Crack the sky or any other holy beam item because a heart per click must deal some good dmg so like what if where you whould click then a holy beam would strike and deal dmg to the place you clicked
