No. try to sleep. Does the game still talk about him (like he's sleeping, training, etc.)?
yes. 2 times when i sleep, it appears a dialogue text and korg tell me soory for wake me up or something like this, but just 2 time happend
It's a bug that usually is resolved by doing other things in the house like relieving yourself. Another option could be save and load. I don't have other suggestions, sorry.

Maybe try to reload before talking to Everett and see if it happens again
