I have enjoyed your game a lot but the last 3 or 4 updates refuse to install on my android tablet. it goes through all the steps...says it's installing but then closes after with a pop up saying 'app not installed'

I really don't want to start over...again...and move to PC. Any chance ya might know what's wrong? Let me know if you need specs.

I've had this problem as well, for me I had to clear up some space as it was a memory issue for me. Idk if this helps.

yeah...got over 10gig free and it still won't install

Hi Woffies,

Generally, uninstalling the game and then re-installing the new update fixes this. But for some devices, this may completely erase your save. You have to extract your save file from your device before uninstalling it, then drag the file back in. As I said though, this sometimes happens depending on your settings.

well i spent over an hour trying to find the save file. no luck so I just did a full reinstall- THAT worked. just sucks I got to worked all that money again.

it is installed but randomly crashes so I need to save every 3 or 4 moves.

I think this is a problem with your device. I'm not entirely sure what the issue is.
