There are a few cheats in the MC's laptop during act 2. But only for currency and unlocking the gallery scenes.
Editing the variables with third party software is not recommended, shit will break, I can assure you that.
So don't do it, unless you know what you're doing and/or can figure out how to fix the mess on your own.
