I'm really sorry to hear that! Have you tried the Steam build? As far as I know, that one works just fine for mac users! Otherwise, I know some people have only been able to open the game on mac by right-clicking and then selecting "Open", which prompts a small window asking you if you really want to open up the game. That might help, too! Let me know how it goes - I'd be happy to refund your kind donation if it ends up not working! (I could also re-activate the browser version, but that one is pretty outdated by now, unfortunately.)
