Heya,

If you can tweet or add something to the twitter profiles you claim are yours, to show a connection and that you run both accounts--things could easily be dispelled and corrected. But as it stands, there's no mention of diselmine's itch.io presence on either their main twitter, or even their international English one, which makes things instantly suspicious, admittedly. I think that's where the doubt is setting in as to the legitimacy of things.

But again, if it is a misunderstanding, it'll be very simple to rectify!

it's not that simple because if you look on my secondary twitter you can see that I have people who translate for me other languages as well as (english) and it's also not that simple because they refunded more than 2000 dollars to customers so yes I consider mine end on this platform

Apologies--I'm not sure I understand.

I'm just saying that a single tweet from either twitter advertising the itch.io account and verifying its legitimacy would go a long way in proving you are who you say you are. That could be used as evidence in proving your case if you contacted support and proved you were indeed legitimate. And if for some reason that's not possible, you can understand that people would remain suspicious.

I thank you for your sincerity, but nothing changes me to prove that I am truly me, because it was not my fault, because the itch team could very well ask me or make me prove that I am diesel mine so I gave the consistent proof that I am, me but what's the point now of proving that it's me, if they've already withdrawn all my money from my account and canceled my games, they didn't even give me a chance to prove who I am, they were based on a mere detail
