I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems.

We recommend that everybody installs the game using the itch.io desktop app as it both installs needed dependencies and keeps you up to date - which is very important given we normally push out updates every 1-2 weeks! So my first recommendation is to do that.

If that still doesn't fix it, we'll need more information from you to figure out what isn't working for you. Could you upload your screenshot to one of the following:

That way you can put the link here so we can see what you're seeing.

Finally, could you follow the directions in this thread (but bear in mind that the directory names will be wherever you extracted the ZIP!) and also email your dxdiag results to info@mothership-entertainment.com? If you've never used dxdiag before, these steps should help.
