The "death" routine needs work - it froze the browser when we died the first time. Effect number 3 (turn out the lights?) seemed to work. Effect number 1 caused us to die (no pun intended). Were we supposed to determine the dice face effects by experimentation? Was it documented anywhere (that we missed)? A good start IMO
