Art and gameplay are quite fun, though once I new how it worked I hardly needed the slow down barrel power (just keep shooting!), but that can probably be tweaked with some more time so only really a minor issue
Yes that's because the game gives too much ammo since there is a bug that allows you to pick up ammo more than once.
