Definitely a fun little high score game, there's a bit of strategy I could see here, though at the moment it does get interrupted quite a lot which is unfortunate. But there's something with the way the spawn and the different health bars based off sides as well as the multiple shots. I feel like a bit more difficulty in some ways and a bit more mixup in others could be interesting.
One main thing I will say is changing the stat reroll from a passive "here's a screen" to a background element, maybe with a actual die rolling or not, that slows the game down somewhat could act as a reward, as well as give you time to check the stats and avoid interrupting the flow of the game as much.
As well I do feel like the health and armor both rerolling essentially leads to them becoming less of a "oh no I have this much health" and more of a "oh look I regened _ health" essentially. Which led to me using it as a way to endlessly tank hits on the trampoline.
Also I will say, the jump stat, is absolutely crazy, It just goes insane at even level 3, which is surprising. So personally I feel like toning that done, if not possibly, changing how it works removing it could help. Cause currently when I did jump. There were a lot of situations where I would jump once, be fine, jump again after a reroll and fly to the sky then die on the way down. Maybe switching it up so it's more a "toggle" or "ability roll" maybe. That way it locks jumping possibly which would give the trampolines more use. As well as make it a little more understandable as to what's going on.
One final thing as well that's a little weird is the fact that bullets completely ignore terrain. Which sort of removes the point of the moving platforms at all. Since you're just going to move back and forth shooting from the other side of the map. Rather than having to move onto platforms and go from there. I feel like stopping everyone (you and the enemies) shooting through platforms or changing it so just the enemies can shoot through platforms could be interesting. Though if the enemy can shoot through I'd say some sort of limitation would help. Possibly some sort of shot cooldown, or slower moving projectile etc. To make it a little easier to deal with when there's multiple and you're having to move towards them to actually damage them.
