Awesome. From just the music and the art you created, I can feel like I'm playing this game already. It makes me feel like it's Saturday evening fifteen ago and we're checking out games on his playstation.

Main theme - Definitely got that ps game vibe. Very good. Sounds very professional.

Level One - That chord sound you open with immediately nails that playstation game vibe yet again. Great percussion that follows. Wow, great synthwork later on in the track, with that mellow amen jamming along to it all. Definitely going on my regular rotation this one.

Level Two - Nice. I'm guessing this level is already quite a lot harder than the previous one. I almost feel like we should be riding some sort of hoverboard or some other device to somehow move faster in this level than in the previous. Great work!!

Level Three - Funky vibe man. Love the beat in this one. I quite like the airy synths you hammer out everywhere here.

Level Four - Great track yet again.

Result Screen - It sounds exactly how I'd expect. Can just imagine browsing through scores here. Love how the amen break is chittering away again. It's definitely there, giving some nice pace, but not too in your face. Exactly how I'd expect! Love those airy pads again. :D

Y'know what's funny. All throughout the tracks (I hadn't checked out the screenshots yet), I was like: this sounds like it came out of a tracker. I don't know what gave it away, probably the excellent use of breakbeats and syncopation. And just a general "feel"... I also love the samples you used. Where are they from? I think I need some samples like this in my life.

Anyways, absolutely fantastic work. I think Level 1, 2 and 4 are my favourite in the soundtrack, but really, all of it is amazing work.

Thanks a lot for the wonderful commentary and analysis of individual tracks.

I'm trying to make the tracks look like they came from the PSF format (for example the whole Ape Escape 1 OST  ) -- which is pretty similar to any Music Tracker.

At the same time, I try not to make some tracks sound too much like a tracker. I love experimenting in OpenMPT and I'm having a lot of fun doing it.

Well, keep doing what you're doing, because it sounds great. I love this kind of music.
