Yeah, it doesn't allow it as it doesn't actually check that it's an acceptable name (not a duplicate) until you start typing... this was fine in testing when I didn't want to create multiple games with the same name, but I hadn't thought of the first ever game!
I'll mark it down to fix for alpha 2.
