It's a fun little top down shooter! I really like how you included a minimap, and also some more variety on the levels like the boxes and the torches on the walls.
One thing that was a little weird was that sometimes, enemies magically appeared out of nowhere in front of me, while the rest behaved normal. Another issue I saw that you're aware of was the camera going crazy sometimes, but it happens so rarely it didn't really affect gameplay for me.
Overall, I had a lot of fun, and it plays very well for a game jam game!
