I like the mechanics, I can see the "You are your own enemy" theme clearly since by healing yourself you're also healing the enemies. It gets difficult quite fast, which I like. My best score so far is 298 :D
That's a good score, the enemies spawn every 5 seconds, but the time gradually reduces to 2 seconds and makes the game almost impossible
