Which Puzzle are you talking about?
In the game code there is a script; if you wasn't able to complete the puzzle in 3 mins the game will give you an option to skip the puzzle. There is supposed to be a message pop up on the screen.
Game has been updated. Now it is not so hard to accomplish.
