Wow, this game is like a boss fight, why am I a doctor though?
Reminds me of Ice Climber the moving platforms

thanks for playing. Actually if you go to story tab in main menu, you can get some idea. Actually the player is preforming an operation. If you win operation successful else operation failed in real. (And also the main menu is bad)
