Clever input mechanic! I like how it lets you move in all four directions by using the button and the environment carefully.
Unfortunately I couldn't get very far, when I reach the drop with the pistons the camera seems to take a second before following me down, resulting in dying offscreen with no opportunity to react to the lower pistons or whatever may be at the bottom.

I saw your explanation in the other comment and went back to try again, managed to beat the dragon with 5 coins on the original build before noticing this comment! Very good game all the way through.
Tried the new build now too, the spike section flows much smoother and feels like a good update. Got to the dragon though and the glitch like in your devlog video happened to me D:
