  • functional and playable first jam game
  • game would really help to have some UI telling you what button does what, 4 different keys (qert) on top of WASD and mouse are a bit much to remember what everything does.
  • I didn’t appreciate the player insults in some of the setup screens
  • graphics where functional
  • your movement was rather slow compared to AI projectiles, it was unclear if you could dodge them (and given that you have to get close to ‘ax’ them…) or if any that missed was just me being lucky I was moving the right direction when they fired.
  • the spike block didn’t last very long, died before I could get any other defenses really setup (guessing as to the buttons and costs made it hard to make educated choices about what to build when/etc)

Thanks for the feedback. Everything you said is very valid. But the reason enemies shoot projectiles in the first place is so you can't just hit them, and you need to build.
