My apologies for the few grammar errors and lack of gamepad configuration. I was unable to get the capsule menu to function with the default rpg maker engine menu.
For the tactical battles I definitely plan to improve the enemy AI. Several quality of life updates will be included when I expand on the game in the future.
I try to make exploration and grinding fairly optional, but I'm sorry you had a harder time with the strategy rpg elements. If it helps at all you can do practice battles before round 1 (the large garden area) and get money for better mons. I recommend paying special attention to range and speed should you ever decide to play again. (Your idea of ganging up on mons one at a time is also a classic rpg strategy).
