This idea is super chill. I like protecting the bot with the bomber and the effects all look really good. My only thing would be that it's super hard to aim the bomber. It switches directions so slowly that it is very difficult to get back on track if you overshoot. Maybe make that a little bit more responsive and then I think you have a winner.
