Ever since I was a child, I've always wanted to have a pet tornado. Keep it in a jar and unleash upon my mortal enemies (back then, math teachers 🤓). Then appreciate the sight of it wrecking everything. Thanks to this game, it seems that my dream has finally come true!
I actually like the clunky controls because successfully controlling a tornado is absolutely quite a feat. Tornado definitely should have its own physics like in this game without acting like any other normal top-down game player character. Of course, there's room for improvement as it's quite hard to figure out what you should do in order to progress.
I also wish there was some kind of an animation for destroyed objects and maybe they also could start spinning around the tornado for more realism? (it also would look cool!)
Overall, it's a pretty fun idea and I'm sure it would be great to see a full game like that where you get to wreck an entire city as a tornado! I'm sure it would work quite well on mobile platforms.
Pro gamer tip for all the n00bs in comments #2: rapidly smash arrow keys for better steering. Also, I scored like 16550 points before the tornado became too big and spiraled out of my control.
