I dont think its possible to make gacha mods for ios. Same for MacBook i believe. Unless you use some kind of windows emulator or android emulator.
You can only make a mod on pc since it has the functions to code. It might change in the future but someone would have to make the game all over again in order for it to be on ios, mac book, chrome, etc.
