I really like the idea.
I wanted to do something similar to this as soon as I heard the jam theme.
On the browser though, the gray letters are always visible for me and then after the second phrase, I can't type anything anymore
also not very sure if this was intentional, but this happened a couple of times during playing. 
But I really like the concept and the game. Unique implementation.

Thank you so much for playing! You should try do something like this outside of the jam anyway! It was fun & challenging to figure out the mechanics for this - I'm used to doing more adventure type games so branching out into something different was a good learning experience.
Thanks for letting me know about this bug! It's something I'll have to work on for sure - I know why it's happening (it's calling every phrase at the same time) but I'm not too sure how to fix it yet. As for the gameplay, I had to make it so you need to figure out the next phrase (try typing t or p, to reveal a new phrase after your first)! Sorry I know it's a bit annoying but it's the best I could do with what I know right now. Thanks again! :~)
