question. i only unlocked the east wing after a bizzilan years. can i still invite people to live with me after i finished theyre quest like jessica's friends. and who all can i invite?

Yeah, Jessica's friends you need to see their second event.
Laura will appear in the living room as part of Jessica's story.
Renee will leave a message for you in Jessica's office.
Lucille likes to shop at night.
If you've done those, you can now ask Jessica during the morning to invite them in.
Then there are three other characters you can invite.
Two fey characters you get from the fey storline, it's plenty obvious what you're doing.
But if you didn't have the east wing fixed when you were faced with that choice, you have to go back to them and confirm they can move in.
The other one appears in Roxy's storyline. Again, obvious choice.
And I think she moves in anyway, but you can only talk to her once you fix the east wing.
